The website provides general information about Ivorvelle’s theatre-studio approach, acting classes, workshops, rehearsal practice, and production work. Descriptions are intended to help visitors understand the nature of the training. They are not a guarantee that every listed program, instructor, schedule, group size, production project, or format will be available at every time of year.
Ivorvelle may update class descriptions, schedules, program structures, prerequisites, studio procedures, and website content as training cycles evolve. Where specific enrollment terms are later supplied for a class or workshop, those specific enrollment terms may supplement these website Terms.
4. Studio inquiries
The website inquiry form is provided so visitors can ask about placement, classes, productions, accessibility needs, and general studio matters. Submitting the form does not itself reserve a place, create enrollment, guarantee acceptance to a program, or create a contractual relationship. A place is only confirmed through the studio’s applicable enrollment process.
Visitors should not use the inquiry form to send unnecessary confidential information. Messages should be relevant to theatre training, class placement, studio administration, or legitimate professional communication.
5. Classes, workshops, and production opportunities
Participation may depend on age range, prior experience, available capacity, preparation requirements, scheduling, or instructor assessment of the appropriate level. Some programs are suitable for beginners; others expect previous training. Production work may involve separate rehearsal commitments and is not automatically included with every class.
Studio expectations may include punctuality, preparation of assigned material, respectful collaboration, attention during peers’ work, and adherence to reasonable rehearsal-room instructions. Additional operational policies may be provided to enrolled participants where needed for a specific program.
6. Fees, cancellations, and specific enrollment terms
The public website does not attempt to state every payment, transfer, cancellation, credit, or refund condition that could apply to a future term. If a program requires payment, the applicable amount and any program-specific cancellation terms should be communicated during enrollment before the participant is asked to commit. In the event of a conflict between these general website Terms and a clearly identified class-specific enrollment term, the class-specific term controls for that class to the extent permitted by law.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, Ivorvelle owns or is authorized to use the website’s original text, design, branding, and other site materials. You may view the site for personal informational purposes and may retain reasonable excerpts for reference. You may not reproduce the site as a competing website, remove rights notices, systematically copy substantial parts of the content, or represent Ivorvelle’s materials as your own without permission.
Actors, playwrights, publishers, photographers, and other creators may have separate rights in scripts, production materials, photographs, or artistic works. Nothing on this site transfers those third-party rights to a visitor.
8. Acceptable use
